NJ series mud pumps are single-stage and single-suction vertical centrifugal pump: The main components are volute, impeller, pump base, pump housing, support tube, motor base, motors, etc; The impeller adopt three arc curved blade and semi-closed structure, highly getting through and efficient of work. The pump can be vertical or inclined to use, small footprint; When running, the volute should be placed in the medium; easy to start, don t need draw water.

Work Conditions

1. When medium liquid contains much weeds, wire, wood, bricks and other debris, must try to clear things out, or may put wire baskets to prevent debris been absorbed into the pump, lead the impeller broke, stuck and duct obstruction and other accidents

2 fter pumping the mud or other filth, must pump clear water in a short time, to flush the pump and piping inside

3. After 1250 hours running, the pump requires regular maintenance
